First, let me say a big Thank You for the donation you gave at Christmas - and a very warm welcome to Guide Dogs! All of us here really appreciate your kindness.
It’s only thanks to the generosity of people like you that we’re able to carry on our essential work. So well be especially grateful if you can help now by giving us a minute or two of your precious time.

We need to know how new donors like yourself really feel about Guide Dogs. In fact, this is vital if we are to be able to carry on providing the guide dogs and other services that bring independence and freedom to so many blind and partially sighted people across Britain. You can play a key part, simply by telling us a little about yourself and what made you decide to give to Guide Dogs. I’ve enclosed a quick questionnaire for you. It’s easy to fill in, and we’d be most grateful if you could do this for us.

When you open the questionnaire, you’ll notice we’ve taken the liberty of attaching a donation form. As you know, we rely entirely on public support. If you are able to give us a donation as well as the benefit of your valuable views, it will be received most gratefully.
Naturally, everything you tell us will be treated in strict confidence, so I do hope you’ll find a minute to reply. After all, nobody knows better than you why you think Guide Dogs is a cause worth supporting!
